Walkthrough text messages

Walkthrough is a move-in and move-out inspection service operated by NTREC LLC for property managers. Tenants of buildings that use Walkthrough may receive text messages about their own apartment.

What we text

• Your private link to take or review move-in photos
• Reminders before your move-in review window closes
• Your rights before move-out and your move-out photo link
• Your security deposit statement, payout updates and a showing-bonus offer if your building has one
• Your link again when you ask for it on walkthroughapp.io

We never send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share your phone number.

How you opt in

Your property manager adds your mobile number when you sign your lease, and records that you agreed to receive texts about your inspection and deposit (a clause in your lease or a signed consent; see the consent form). If you did not agree, you get the same messages by email instead.

How often

Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 10 messages per tenancy. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We confirm once and send nothing more by text.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@walkthroughapp.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is used only to send these messages. It is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our privacy policy.
